3. Customize  Printing Logo Craft;

1).Bronzing and silver

The bronzing printing uses screen printing to print the bronzing paste on the fabric, and then uses the T-shirt hot stamping machine to transfer the fabric-specific anodized aluminum bronzing foil to the T-shirt. It has simple and convenient operation, low cost, beautiful product, and washing resistance. Etc.

2).Embroidery (embroidery)

3).Water paste printing

Water slurry printing process is the most basic printing process in cultural shirt printing. It is a water-based slurry. It can be printed on almost all light background fabrics, such as white, off-white, beige, light blue and other fabrics. Water slurry printing is more suitable for large-area printing patterns. The disadvantage is that the covering power is not strong, the color is not bright, and the color will fade if it is used for a long time.

4).Digital direct printing

Digital printing is a new printing process that uses the micro-piezo print head of an inkjet printer to spray garment-specific ink on the surface of the fabric and penetrate into the fiber to fix the color. Using the latest digital direct-injection equipment, the printing process is simple, no pre-treatment is required; no fixing agent treatment is required after printing, and the fastness is high; the ink fluency is good. It can print multi-color, arbitrarily complex color and transition color full-color images at one time.

5).Thermal transfer

Thermal transfer is a new method of printing patterns on goods of various materials, and is particularly suitable for producing a small number of personalized and customized goods, and printing patterns containing full-color images or photos. The principle is to print the digital pattern on a special transfer paper with a special transfer ink through a printer, and then use a special transfer machine to accurately transfer the pattern to the surface of the product at high temperature and high pressure to complete the product printing.

6).Screen three-dimensional foam printing

The principle of foam printing is very simple, ordinary glue can be foamed by adding foaming agent after high temperature ironing, just like steaming steamed buns. The latest foaming process can adopt layering and color separation foaming in the process of plate-making and color separation, with uniform unevenness and strong three-dimensional feeling and hand feeling.

7).Environmentally friendly glue printing (soft)

Environmentally friendly glue printing is characterized by strong color hiding power, suitable for printing fashion printing patterns with clear lines, neat edges, and accurate color registration. It is mostly used for printing medium and high-end fashions and T-shirts, and it is suitable for the widest range of fabrics. After printing, it needs high-temperature finishing and shaping to obtain high-end printing works with soft touch, strong elasticity and good color fastness.

8).Thermosetting ink printing

The thermosetting ink is a non-solvent ink that can print fine lines, has a smooth surface, and has good fastness. It has the characteristics of non-drying, odorless, high solid content, and good scratching fluidity.
